Decide on the vehicle you’re interested in and the finance option that best suits your needs. Not sure where to start? Our team will talk through your requirements, explain the finance options available, and suggest vehicles that may be suitable for you.
We’ll prepare a formal quotation based on your specific requirements. If anything needs changing, we’ll amend the quotation until you’re completely happy with it.
Once you’re happy with the quotation and ready to proceed, we’ll ask you to complete a finance application form and provide any additional information required by the finance company. We’ll submit the application on your behalf and update you as soon as a decision is received.
When your finance has been approved, we’ll ask you to sign the vehicle order form. At this stage, we’ll also provide an estimated delivery timeframe.
We’ll arrange for the finance documents to be issued to you for review and signature. Some customers, including private individuals, may have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date the finance agreement is signed. We’ll also issue an invoice for our administration fee.
Once your vehicle arrives with the dealer and all necessary paperwork is complete, we’ll arrange delivery to your chosen address.

As your contract comes to an end, we’ll contact you in advance to discuss your plans, including whether you’d like to arrange a new vehicle. We’ll also explain the funder’s vehicle collection process.
